Stephen wakes up from a drunken sleep to find himself alone in a deserted theatre. He rants about his age and fading career. When Ivor, an ex actor, but now a mere caretaker, enters, Stephen mistakes him for The Grim Reaper.  Together they search for a lost youth, but only Ivor is left sadly alone, when Stephen, the consummate actor, has a change of heart.
